To file a claim, follow the steps below:
1. Return / Claim Form
Fill in the Return / Claim Form and include it in your package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, email address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the claim, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
2. Sending back the product
When submitting a claim, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the products. To withdraw from the agreement and return a product purchased from us, fill in the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the product(s) being returned:
Include all accessories received with your product(s) as well as the receipt or invoice in the package with the statement and the product(s) being returned.
